Can Qalendo be customized for specific business needs?
Absolutely, we are always adding features and tweaking Qalendo for our clients and their customers, however we prioritize requests that solve everyones needs. If you want a completely custom solution for your business leave a message at [email protected] and our team will get in touch you.
Do you offer training for Qalendo?
You will get two 1 hour sessions of training a week apart when you begin with us. Additionally until 30 days from your purchase our team will answer your questions in a timely manner. After that you can ask our team to schedule more training sessions for a moderate fee.
Do you offer technical support?
All plans get support at times that the platform faces a technical issues and receive updates whenever necessary.
Is there a trial period available for Qalendo?
We do not offer a trial period but we can refund subscription fee for the first month if you were not happy with our product. This refund will not include the initial setup fee.
Why is there a setup fee?
Qalendo is all about being fit to your business and your brand and for that we need to set things up to serve your needs in the best way possible, we have set these fees to the bear minimum to only cover our costs.
